They are not "resistant to deformation " at all.

I bought these baking sheets because I was tired of my regular baking sheets warping or warping in the oven. I was specifically looking for pans that don't warp. These pans were wrapped in thin plastic. They were scratched in places and had a few small dents, but I was willing to ignore those imperfections as they wouldn't warp. I cooked potatoes on it in an oven preheated to 425 degrees. They deformed in the first 5 minutes while the oven was heating up to the final temperature. I am so…

Simply the best! Kitchen and Dining

USA Pan gets it right: They bring you a heavy-duty, commercial quality pan that consistently delivers great results. The ridged baking surface and PTFE/PFOA-free silicone coating ensure your cookies bake evenly and never stick, and the large size is a real plus. However, it requires more storage space than most sheets since it measures 14" x 18" edge to edge. To preserve its appearance, never spray it with cooking spray or use a silicone baking mat when frying high-fat foods like vegetables or…

You will not be disappointed

They last well, wash well and look good. I bought these to replace my old warped and frayed baking sheets. They're slightly larger than the ones I had, so my wife and kids demand that I make more cookies to fill the extra space on the baking sheets. I already have a number of different pans from this company that I received as gifts. I love her. I use them for my home and cook for my family every day. Made in the USA so this gives me even more incentive to keep buying this brand. These pans are

Bottom browned faster than top

I made chocolate chip cookies and they didn't spread as much as they do on my baking pans, but the bottom browned quite a bit and the top of the cookies didn't brown. They didn't have the beautiful golden color of my other pans. My guess is that the pan is thinner and gets hotter than my other pans, causing the bottom to brown faster. I will try to lower the baking temperature to 25 degrees. Update: For cookies, which I normally bake at 375 degrees in other pans, I lowered the temperature to…

HIGH QUALITY BIG TO MEET EVERY NEED

These oversized and "rimless" sheets (one edge is folded over for easy handling) are great for baking bread and cookies. More breads and more cookies! The double gauge steel means you may need to increase the baking time a bit, but the heat will be even and they won't warp. The workmanship is high quality and they are made in the USA. I bake on parchment paper so cleaning isn't a problem, but injection baked pieces come off easily. Until now, "non-stick" means non-stick. The lack of a rim means

Looking at my USA Pan Bakeware, I know it sounds a little odd because how do you know she LOVES her cookie counterparts? YOUR BREAD MOLDS? YOUR 9 INCH CAKE PANS? IS SHE BIG AGAINST FRYING?<--- I can say I LOVE THEM ALL. It really is a whole new world of baking. Pans because one side sticks - but that's it. Everything else is perfect. At first I used two US baking sheets and one more - I can't remember exactly, but it was my "best" sheet. OMG. The cookies weren't as good in another pan. The…

Doesn't need any tricks because nothing sticks!

I really like this sheet. Like many similar pans, this one should not be used at high temperatures. I've found that it's easier to let the product sit a little longer to get a nice, even bake than to follow the terrible directions of most recipes/food directions. If you've never used a baking sheet like this before, I can't stress this enough: - It can't exceed 400 without warping, DO NOT use it to bake over 400! - The sheets bake faster and more evenly than most, adjust the baking time…
