These oversized and "rimless" sheets (one edge is folded over for easy handling) are great for baking bread and cookies. More breads and more cookies! The double gauge steel means you may need to increase the baking time a bit, but the heat will be even and they won't warp. The workmanship is high quality and they are made in the USA. I bake on parchment paper so cleaning isn't a problem, but injection baked pieces come off easily. Until now, "non-stick" means non-stick. The lack of a rim means they work well in a convection oven. I have baked two sheets at a time with good results.
