I bought these baking sheets because I was tired of my regular baking sheets warping or warping in the oven. I was specifically looking for pans that don't warp. These pans were wrapped in thin plastic. They were scratched in places and had a few small dents, but I was willing to ignore those imperfections as they wouldn't warp. I cooked potatoes on it in an oven preheated to 425 degrees. They deformed in the first 5 minutes while the oven was heating up to the final temperature. I am so disappointed. Back to search again.
