Review on Large USA Pan Bakeware Cookie Sheet – Warp Resistant Nonstick Baking Pan, Silver | Aluminized Steel, Made in the USA by Tina Peterson

Doesn't need any tricks because nothing sticks!

I really like this sheet. Like many similar pans, this one should not be used at high temperatures. I've found that it's easier to let the product sit a little longer to get a nice, even bake than to follow the terrible directions of most recipes/food directions. If you've never used a baking sheet like this before, I can't stress this enough: - It can't exceed 400 without warping, DO NOT use it to bake over 400! - The sheets bake faster and more evenly than most, adjust the baking time accordingly. I've found a 15% reduction in bake time before firing, especially with ready made recipes - EXTREMELY non-stick. So don't stick it when you first pick it up, hold it STRAIGHT. If you hold it at an angle, expect things to slide off it (it's VERY easy to clean too!). This sheet is of very good quality and after a few months of use I noticed a slight warping despite being used within the expected limits. temperature and time. I was able to flip it by cranking it to 400 for 15 minutes and making sure to cool on a flat surface. My mistake was taking it out of the oven and putting it on the stove which is of course uneven due to the hotplates. Definitely recommend this sheet, but be sure to use proper limits and only allow it to cool on flat surfaces. Set the baking time too and you can't go wrong with this sheet pan.
