Our new home had a Moen aquasuite 77200 faucet near the kitchen sink and this filter was installed by the contractor. After 6 months, when it was time to change the filter, I ordered online from Revain. The package arrived in 2 days as I am the main supplier. The filter works well, the water with this filter tastes good. There are no problems with the quality of the filter. installation problem. It is almost impossible to screw the filter onto the threads of the filter holder and water supply. My old filter was easy to put in and take out, but the new filter was impossible to install. I checked the model numbers and it was the exact same filter. I tried twisting and pushing up as hard as I could, but it just wouldn't twist or click. I even tried different settings with the filter but to no avail. I saw in the reviews that many people had the same problem. I've tried lubricating the rubber o-rings but they just won't turn or break. I had a feeling the retaining clip would break due to the force I was exerting. I finally found a solution. Install the filter into the bracket, twist it to stay in place, and then place the water supply hose onto the filter neck and push until it clicks into place. It was difficult to do, but it was the only way to install it. This is definitely a design flaw and there must be a better way to do this. Aside from installation issues, the filter works perfectly.
