I like how easy it is to use - just log into your account whenever you want an alert or check what's going wrong with our system! Also we can receive alerts from other applications as well (like Slack). The only thing i dislike about this product so far was when there were some issues during their beta period but they resolved them quickly after being notified by us via slack channel :) We are solving problems related to monitoring for uptime/downtimes etc., which helps me ensure my team members don't get stuck without knowing if something went down due to any reason.
