When I opened the box I knew there was only damage due to the lack of packaging material, although I was surprised it was nothing more than a broken dropper. My bottles come with droppers for convenient storage of broken glass. The bottles are excellent, very thick and durable. I ordered a very expensive bottle direct from a high end essential oil company that wasn't that good. The stems of the droppers reach to the bottom of the bottles, but the tops are cheap and don't quite fit the bottles like they should. Screwing the caps on tightly will push the bulb out of its intended position, leaving room for possible leakage. I haven't used mine yet, so I know for sure if they will leak, but I'm sure I'll order new caps and not risk losing oils and tinctures. I also ordered the same vials but with atomizers instead of pipettes and am attaching a picture for comparison because they come in a split box just like the dropper bottles except each vial came in its own bubble bag. This is how bottles should be packaged as they are glass and fragile and no one wants to reach into the box with perhaps broken glass getting lost in the packaging.
