ROIVENUE is designed to handle a multitude of data sources, and the platform allows a seamless integration between several different channels. I like that we have been able to see the different channels of a user's journey, but it would have been great to have a direct visualization of our campaigns. I wish we could create more custom reports for our needs. The platform has been very useful in our company's daily work. I would like to use it more, but I only have limited time to do so. We have been able to see the different channels of a user's journey that they visited and the channels that they abandoned. This is extremely useful, as we can now better understand our users and target them accordingly.
