This bidet attachment so far has worked perfectly, it's comfortable to use, simple to control, and easy to clean. The cold water-only design hasn't been an issue so far, although we live in a more temperate climate. The half-inch thick design may not be the slimmest but that extra height seems to come with durability that the 0.2" designs don't enjoy according to their reviews, my toilet seat already hinges below 90° so I didn't even need to use spacers on the seat.Installation was no problem with the included equipment, although you'll want to purchase some plumbing tape as that's the only thing not included (besides a wrench and screwdriver for the plumbing and the toilet seat posts). Impressive that it came with a real metal hose and T-adapter instead of plastic ones like I've seen on similar bidet attachments. This bidet attachment uses a pair of inserts that rotate to let you adjust the fit to most seat posts while still allowing some back-or-forth adjustment. Because of that freedom, there is a possibility of it being off-center, but it's easy enough to adjust.Use is simple, we chose the model with the dial control and female wash option, both work well. The dial gives granular enough control that it's become easy to get the desired pressure. Selecting the female wash option locks the main nozzle from descending so a second one can drop down that shoots a more gentle water stream from the nozzle's alternate pattern at a slightly lower, flatter angle to reach further forward. Selecting self-clean locks both nozzles in place and forces water through them to clean them.
