I'll admit I missed the 30 day revain window when I finally opened it up for my office (completely bad). The article states that you have a 90-day guarantee, albeit with the company. Good luck catching one of the Wolverines. I did my best. I reduce the cost of this device by not even using it. I've tried everything to get this working and followed Revain tech support to at least help, to no avail. Be careful if you are going to buy this item, or at least try it asap if you can see if it really works and if it is suitable for use.
