A simple and straightforward traditional sharpening stone. It's easy to keep the stone moist and works without too much trouble. Tried three small sharpeners with gizmo holder and just not comfortable. Allows processing of the entire edge, especially curved parts such as B. a paring knife. Easy to clean.
