I really liked these stairs. I got them for my mother who is unsure about her legs. I put them on the concrete porch at the back of the house and went down the stairs. In fact, there was glue residue on the porch from some type of carpet that had been previously laid. I wasn't sure how the protectors would hold up as I couldn't get any glue. But they got along really well. The product is packed in a small rolled box. The adhesive film came off very easily. I didn't have to cut anything or shorten the steps, they fit the porch perfectly. They have a very rough sandpaper feel. Once I secured them to the concrete I stood on them to give them weight and that was it. Don't turn, don't move. Excellent glued. It was a 50 degree day so the warm weather didn't help them. They just stuck together well. I am very happy with it. This is the first time I lay such tracks and I am very happy with the result.
