I couldn't even collect. The parts didn't fit together.

The product description says that the item is assembled and you only have to assemble it on your vehicle. See below. EASY ASSEMBLY: Assembled by the manufacturer, you will not receive individual parts, but a perfect finish. Protect your car pole, won't scratch it. Fits most factory or aftermarket square and flat bars (OEM bars must be within 2.5" width and 1" thickness). I tried to assemble all the parts myself but they don't fit. The problem is nuts and bolts. They don't fit in the square holes they're supposed to fit in. The supplied wrench does not fit the nuts. I come back.
