They don't stay in place.
These made a huge difference in my child's heel pain, which worsened playing soccer. I thought it was the cleats and replaced those but the heel pain still persisted. I looked into it some more and read about Sever's disease -a common heal issue in growing kids that resolves as they mature. I wish I knew about this sooner. I just wish I didn't have to glue them into shoes to keep them in place!
