Razor sharp as expected. Freud's high quality instrument. Chiselling, edge trimming, etc. This 15/32" bit is used to cut plywood profiles to the perfect size for 12mm marine plywood. I buy "1/2" birch plywood, machined on one side at a bargain price at a lumber store, but it's not 1/2" but 0.46" or 12mm. Using a standard 1/2 -" slotted drill for cases etc. makes the slot too big, loose and sloppy. This is very close but still makes the groove too wide (1/64) if you are doing precision work. The 31/64" groove easily fits in that extra space but doesn't look good if you are using 12mm plywood and can run a perfectly straight dado that is what you need you will need to use a clamp to secure the connection but without the Bevel or shadow line For an extra tricky joint, I lightly grind the edges of the board into the groove and it slides right in.
