I've grown tall, waist is bigger than height. I'm 6'3" tall and 33" waist. This thing is made for a fat man. Fabric quality is low but I think you get what you pay for. slimmer fit and wear it under your coat. I bought this to wear to the formal Valentine's Day event we do every year. It fits what I bought it for. to smooth wrinkles. It's not very long either, but since it's under the vest it doesn't matter. The bow tie fits children in one size. I have a 14.5" neck.
