Bad bolts for industrial equipment

These hooks/eyebolts/whatever seem strong enough but the bolts supplied are terrible. Both fell off when I tried to screw them into the wall with a drill. I ended up using two others (four included) and screwing them in with a hand screwdriver, which took forever.
