Overall I like this helmet but despite the adult size it's a bit small. I can't wear it for any length of time without getting a front forehead point and there's no way to increase it, but my head is on the larger end of the scale. It works well enough for about 30 minutes, which is why I usually wear it. It has a nice rubberized outer matte finish that looks and feels good, is easy to adjust and should provide adequate protection for most activities. I also like that it has over-ear strap inserts for added protection and warmth.
