Review on 📻 MFJ-989D MFJ Enterprises Original 1.8-30 MHz Antenna Tuner with Mars/WARC Bands - Up to 1500 Watts Power Handling by Zachary Spaulding

I bought this tuner because I have another MFJ, 969, that works great. This has some problems. Mine arrived with a roughness on the inductor knob that I quickly discovered was causing the gauge to read inaccurately. It no longer tends to zero, but goes beyond the range in which it should be. The tuner no longer correctly sets 20m or 10m Mine is going back to the seller. I emailed MFJ hoping they would get in touch and offer to fix the problem over 2 weeks ago. No answer even though MFJ says they have a 1 year guarantee. Next time I'll use a different manufacturer.
