Here's the Deal: Rugs, Pads & Protectors
Something they didn't mention, at least with this rug, is that it's a double pile rug. Which to some of us looks like balding in places. I believe this is part of the design as other rugs by this company have better pictures where you can see that this is part of the design. The rug was soft, looked great and I wanted to keep it but just couldn't get over it. Hope this helps people.
