in which it was delivered, you will be very disappointed. You MUST purchase an additional power cord with alligator clips ($15) to connect directly to a 12V battery if you need 300W of power. This inverter does NOT come with everything you need to run the full 300W. The inverter only comes with a 15A fuse in the cigarette lighter plug and the cables from the cigarette lighter plug to the inverter are only 14 gauge, too small for 300 watts. You buy a 300w inverter and can only use about 150-180w. You'll have to spend more money and buy a custom XT60 connector with wires attached or connect your own, at least 12 gauge, preferably 10 gauge. You're better off finding an inverter that comes with everything you need or are willing to spend the extra money and buy a cable. Very disappointed with misleading advertising. I will never buy this inverter again. I hope this honest review will save someone else my trouble.
