The best part of this program is that it has an option for integration with other applications or platforms like Sage 100, Salesforce etc. This makes tracking much easier than using spreadsheets (as we were doing before). I can also see where my leads are coming from. It’s not very user friendly though, so you need to be tech savvy in order to use it effectively. If you have a good team who knows how to use software then they should be able to help you out here. We used to track our client's journey manually which was very time consuming and cumbersome. So now with track and trace customer journeys we easily identify what stage each lead/contact is at. Also helps us understand how many times each contact reached within a certain period of time.
