Has worked fine for years but just got told I'm EOL and SOL

Another planned Sonos product, obsolete, anyone who bought it in 2015 before just got an email saying the it says that Sonos will be discontinued. This means updates are no longer required, which means that the moment one of your music services changes anything about the way it works with its API (hence an update required is), you will now have a useless building block. I have a house full of Sonos devices and won't be buying any more.
