Sonos' disdain for their customers is breathtaking

I bought it from Revain and 3 months later Sonos announced it was too old and they were stopping support for it. You can't trust Sonos! Do not buy anything from this company!

Best Legacy Wireless & Audio Streaming Hardware

According to Sonos this hardware is over 8 years old and out of their update system because it is obsolete. I would like to take it to UPS. Coles is 10 miles from me. UPS is less than a mile away.

Has worked fine for years but just got told I'm EOL and SOL

Another planned Sonos product, obsolete, anyone who bought it in 2015 before just got an email saying the it says that Sonos will be discontinued. This means updates are no longer required, which means that the moment one of your music services changes anything about the way it works with its API (hence an update required is), you will now have a useless building block. I have a house full of Sonos devices and won't be buying any more.

a very comfortable way of listening to music but frankly not the audiophile sound quality advertised let alone the same Quality like a CD. The source of supply via I Pod was noticeably better. It also doesn't work with Alexa as advertised. I think they should clarify that Alexa only works with Sonos speakers, not Sonos Connect. There are many online complaints about Alexa being unable to find and control a Sonos Connect device. The Sonos app (PC) is unintuitive and could really use some…

Sonos is telling me that my 2014 purchase is a legacy product and is not supported.

Here is part of my email from Sonos dated January 22, 2020. "Legacy products were introduced between 2005 and 2011 and given the age of the technology do not have enough memory or processing power to support future innovations. Please note that since Sonos is one system, all products run on the same software.
