Not stable in office furniture and lighting
So I ordered 20 for a house we were renovating for sale. I ended up having to send 10 of these back because they broke during installation or the rubber caps didn't stay on. The thread on them is a small round post with star shaped ribs pressed into the main body. These star-shaped ribs detach from the main body when you tighten them. Out of the 10 I thought were good, 3 eventually broke and I had to weld them to JB Weld just to get through the sale.
