Very comfortable, good arch support.I found out I had flat feet two weeks before a 100 mile walking trip. Saw this brand discussed on YouTube video and took a chance. Very happy, my toe numbness is less and I am sure they will help me walk the miles. A podiatrist recommended another brand. Flex and I did not like it because it was too stiff. This insert was comfortable on day 1
