Inconsistency in switches and relays

At first I was happy I thought I would finally fix my temp sensor. Depending on the weather, the temperature needle rises quickly at temperatures above 80 degrees and one suspects that the engine is overheating. Measure that the coolant reads 120 degrees, the temperature needle is already pointing to the hot position. Switched to another brand and everything is back to normal.
