Due to my terrible experience with both the Orbi CBK40 and Netgear customer service, I was compelled (for the first time ever) to leave a review. Reiterates the point of view of other critical reviewers that if a crash occurs you will inevitably fail the app and be left with no options. The main unit worked intermittently. The satellite device was never synchronized. Bought because I thought the premium price was worth it to avoid technical inconveniences. Revain - same day delivery - amazing! I can honestly say that Xfinity's customer service was 5 stars compared to Netgear. An excruciatingly long wait, indulgent iterations, and in the end the solution was that I should give them a few days to push through a config fix...this thing is going back to the fiery depths it came from.
