I bake a batch of pizzas almost every week and the recipe gives me 3 12 inch thin pizzas. I use a Breville toaster for my pizza, on pizza settings and on the recommended setting. I used a layer of parchment paper to line the raw pizza on the stone - this makes it easy for the pizza to slide into the hot oven and covers the stone. My stone has some unclean burnt cheese stains. This gives the pizza a great texture, better than just a metal pan. I would like the stone to be square and the size of an oven so I can bake baguettes or large loaves of bread. I have also used it for flatbread, the result is excellent.
