Review on Optimize Your Baseball and Softball Swing with the SKLZ Hit-A-Way Batting Swing Trainer by Agustin Bush

Just received, unboxed and was excited to get my 7 year old to practice. It works terribly. The cords are too long and not stiff enough, there is no "spring” in them, the cord just sluggishly wraps around the bar and slowly unwinds. I've tried the height instructions and a few more variations, I've tried several iterations of the stand. It just doesn't work. Even I didn't like it. I saw a video for the trainer that comes with the stand and it doesn't work that well, especially for kids. Update: I made a 3" PVC stand for it and cut the cords after wrapping them once so they were much shorter. This works much better. Cords are too long, poor design.
