Review on Halogen Bi-Pin Xenon Replacement—Dimmable by Ryan Pal

Finding the right chandelier bulbs is quite difficult. From the picture and description this bulb looked like it should, but initially did not work as a replacement for two burned out bulbs in my chandelier. I contacted Gaomee and worked with Lily through multiple emails. She was amazing - persistent and determined to try different ways to make the lightbulb work. Finally we found a solution together (opening the pins a little further, carefully with needle-nosed pliers). It worked because the pins made better contact with the base. Since then the other old bulbs in the chandelier have burned out and we easily replaced them with this item! Thanks to excellent customer service, we are no longer groping in the dark.
