I ordered these to replace joysticks which someone unnamed has an amazing ability to wear out quickly. I didn't want to throw the controller away so I decided to give it a try. Only been in the controller for a few days, it's already covered in black rubber dust and the left stick, which is the main use, is already showing signs of bumping the plastic underneath the rubber. Now I know the user has something to do with it, but I also suspect the quality of the rubber is pretty poor. What do you expect from the price, right? Well, I'm just adding some info for anyone who might have a 360 playmate who's rude with controllers. These are probably not the ones you need unless you intend to replace them every week.
