Very bad customer experience due missing information

It’s user friendly with all features you'd require a network engineer who knows what he or she's doing. Support was very limited. After having a month of support, they started charging me for each additional request on their end. The support was unhelpful at best and misleading at worst. No amount of explaining their problems solved would change this. Support was given on a first come first serve basis. Don't count on it! Support issues were never resolved when we asked for them multiple times. Poor and inconsistent knowledge base. Not many articles online so I found them by searching google/bing. I'm writing this review after solving our support issue ourselves instead of waiting to get help as promised from the beginning. I fixed their login credentials issue and now they don't allow us to set up new client access any longer. The ease of use and the interface. It is very intuitive and user friendly. I wish it had more features to customize my network. It should have more options that are easy to use. I would recommend this to any business that needs a WiFi service. It makes it easy to manage the network. It has also increased the speed of the network. It has reduced the amount of time the network is down. It is also more cost efficient.
