Great Platform, Very User Friendly: Ticked Off

The software is very simple to use. The support is very responsive and professional. The software is a one-stop-solution for your support. The price is right. Nothing. We've been very happy with the Ticked Off solution. We recommend Ticked Off to all of our suppliers. We've been able to manage all of our support services in one simple to use platform. I like that it has easy access to everything needed within our organization - from scheduling requests through quotes and invoices. It's very user friendly! There are some bugs here or there but nothing too serious at this point. We have been using Tickoff since we started working with them over 2 years ago now. They've helped us streamline many of our processes as well as keep track of time sheets/invoicing/expense reports etc.

  • Simple interface which makes navigation straightforward+ intuitive layout.+ Very efficient workflow process between teams,+ Sensitive subject matter handling,
  • Some small issues regarding invoice formatting& sorting
