Review on πŸ”‹ Power Up with Anavii Hemp Hearts Protein: Unlocking a Natural Protein Powerhouse by Luz Rojas

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Creamy, slightly sweet and nutty; Good taste; great nutritional value; refrigerate

I was really impressed with hemp protein in general given its nutritional profile. Some foods have graininess, but that's because they're actually ground. For example, if you take a sunflower seed and grind it, you can make something smooth. If you were to shred it along with the peel, you would have something different, but you would also retain the peel's nutritional value and fiber. So this hemp protein powder is not gritty as it is made from a specific part of the plant. At the same time, it doesn't have the same nutritional content as some other hemp protein powders. This product is softer and sweeter in taste. It actually reminds me a lot of almond protein powder, both in taste and texture. This gives you the best consuming experience. It also has great nutritional value, although it's not exactly the same as hemp husk powder. For example, it has less fiber. It's not cheap and you only get 16 servings, but it's probably on par with most protein powders, maybe even cheaper per serving, and I find it tastes better than a lot of the others that claim to taste like chocolate or vanilla, but mostly just like that taste stevia. You could probably buy hemp seeds and grind them yourself and it would be cheaper, but I don't think many people want to do that. .

Pros
  • Hemp
Cons
  • Slightly Crumpled
