The only gold leaf I will use in the future!
My first try at gold leaf and it turned out to be about a thousand times easier than I thought. I've been collecting shells that I've wanted to gild for years and this is my first attempt at making an oyster jewelry tray (made from Mona Lisa alloy gold leaf) and a small shell that can be turned into a necklace (made from this real 24k leaf). ) turned out very nice and I already have friends asking for it ๐ the glue is very easy to apply (thin coats of people) and works great. I sealed both projects with Kryolan spray and after 12 hours of test transfer there was no transfer and they were shiny and beautiful.
