Update 10/03/20 I gave up on this router, it keeps losing signal for no reason. I searched the internet, many users have the same problem. That happened to my friend too. Never had a problem with any other wireless router, only the Nighthawk. - Update, the problem seems to be an interference, it was a place between two stone walls and I think that caused problems with the wireless signal. I have never experienced any interference. The logs on the device don't help either, so you have no idea what the problem is. I moved it to another location and it works great. Disconnects permanently when another device connects to the network. any wireless communication disruptions. I know I bought this open box but be careful as the product is not 100% working
