I bought this to replace an old Roomba I bought over 10 years ago. I'm writing this review after a little less than two weeks of use. I can't believe how much robot vacuums have changed since then. It came with a remote control with disposable batteries and a manual with simple instructions on how to download the app and use the robot. It is really easy to use, just charge the product overnight after you receive it and press the button. He's excellent at jumping over obstacles (see third and fourth pictures where he moves around the chairs in the dining room). My room has both hardwood floors and carpet and it does a great job with both. Unlike my previous robot vacuum, this one moves in a straight zigzag and returns to the charger after cleaning the room. My bottom floor is about 500 square feet and it takes about an hour (I don't really keep track). My floors are much cleaner now! Definitely recommend it.
