This toy didn't fit my cockatoo and gray parrot at all; The cockatoo did a great job of chopping up all the wood and putting the wood shavings in his water bowl. Gray didn't seem to notice the toy, but the next morning it was just two exposed wires. I still give the seller 4 stars because they tried to fix everything. They emailed me and explained that the wood they wanted to use was delayed so they had to settle for softer and more edible wood (similar to white pine). They kindly offered to replace the toys if I would just return the leftovers. I didn't do anything because I couldn't justify the hassle of packing and shipping four exposed cables. But that decision is mine. At least they tried to fix the situation.
