I have been using this product successfully for several years and it works really well if you follow the instructions. and pads with different foam densities. I've used it to clean pads with carnauba wax and synthetic waxes. It cleans pads loaded with automotive machine polishes and glass polishes. This will extend the life of the foam pads and remove any particles, dirt and grease stuck in the pad. I soak the foam pad and let it dry for about 30 seconds, then massage it all over and rinse under hot running water. When I'm done, the pads are like new. MICROFIBRE: It is important to use a washing machine detergent without softeners, fragrances or additives. I add the microfiber cleaner to the detergent in equal parts in a 1:1 ratio and then wash the microfiber towels in warm water on the rinse cycle. If you have greasy stains on your cloths, I spray a little microfiber cleaner directly onto the dirtiest spots right before washing. I air dry my microfiber towels, but you can also tumble dry them on a very low setting. Never wash microfiber towels with other materials such as cotton towels or clothing. Using Griots Microfiber Cleaner has extended the life of my microfiber and removes heavy build up of wax, polish or cleaning products.
