I love that it's easy to get started with, even though you need little programming knowledge. It really helps understand user behaviour and can help us find what our users want or dislike about certain things. There are some limitations, like not being able to see trends over time in different countries. Also there are no mobile apps available yet so you have to rely on desktop only. I would recommend trying it out if you're interested in getting insight into user behaviour. You can easily analyse usage and interaction for various products. There is also an option to do ad hoc analysis which helps me quickly identify issues we might be facing during development.
