I had to return the device as the instructions and videos didn't help. Doesn't turn on after charging. Oliver from customer service emailed me and sent me a new scanner. FIRST I RECOMMEND THE FIRST TIME CALIBRATION OF THE WHITE SETTING! This works pretty well. There is a learning curve to getting a good scan. Speed was less of an issue than paper straightness, which is the most pressing issue. WiFi was very easy to set up. Unfortunately the web address you go to to see the scan is not in English so I got lost.
