Good Size Large Dough Rolling Mat

I'm so glad I found this baking mat. I have never used it. I make homemade pizza and I usually just roll the dough over the counter and make a giant mess. This large mat makes preparing pizza much easier. And it can withstand temperatures of up to 500 degrees, so I can even pre-cook a pizza crust on it so I don't have to worry about transporting thin dough to the pizza stone. I am very happy with this rug.
