This product is trash. I used it on my long run (17 miles) and was struggling with the belt the whole time. Had to adjust the harness because it would slip about every quarter mile making it very uncomfortable and uncomfortable. The worst part was that all four bottles leaked. a lot of! If I squeezed the bottle while drinking while running, the liquid would just slosh out through the screw cap, getting my shirt wet. To make matters worse, it also leaked while holstered. One in particular soaked my sneakers and socks. When I got home, the belt went straight into the trash can. Was a complete waste of money. Luckily I learned that while training for the upcoming marathon.
