I like that there is something out their for every need from accounting needs to communications within your Church community. There are too many features available which can be overwhelming if one person isn't familiar with the system. It takes time but eventually you learn how to use everything this way. The benefits are vast as they have helped me solve several challenges. If someone has been using other programs previously or knows nothing about computers then learning will take longer because things may not look right in terms of organization. We used the product to help communicate more efficiently between our administrative team and ministry teams (Pastors). In doing so we saw significant results, both internally and externally where communication was improved across all levels including leadership roles. I like the ease of use of the software. It's easy to navigate and set up. The customer support is excellent. I like the ability to have a live person to talk to. I dislike the fact that I have to pay for the software. I do not believe that it is necessary to charge for this software. I am a small church with only a few people in the congregation. I have been able to use the software to keep track of our membership and schedule events.
