Review on 👑 Premium Le Creuset Signature Copper Knob for Medium Cookware by Chris Castro

During the quarantine I started to bake a lot of bread. The La Creuset Dutch Ovens I use come with artificial handles that are only rated for about 450 degrees. I bake at temperatures above 500 degrees so I decided to replace the handles with metal handles. Large handles for my 7 quart Dutch Oven weren't available so I went with the medium size. I had to wait a bit for them to get here, but I continued baking anyway. It turns out that the original grips easily withstand temperatures in excess of 500 degrees, so I really didn't need the metal grip, but I kept it anyway. Although smaller than the large size that comes with the pot, it's still big enough and works well.
