
I permanently soak these things and use a scrubbing brush to clean them. I've learned not to use steel wool because the outer layer is a thing of the past. They're also very clumsy to handle, but that's just the nature of the beast with this style. I bought it to make cakes easy to take out, which it does. Aside from being an absolute headache to clean up (if you accidentally spill custard in the oven), this is a decent product.
