What can I say after two months of use

Mar 13 21. While I can't comment on the durability of this product, I can say I'm really impressed with what I have seen so far. I have baked tarts and quiches and the pans bake well and evenly and are easy to remove. I can recommend this product. A+

Very Hard to Clean: Kitchen and Dining Room

I permanently soak these things and use a scrubbing brush to clean them. I've learned not to use steel wool because the outer layer is a thing of the past. They're also very clumsy to handle, but that's just the nature of the beast with this style. I bought it to make cakes easy to take out, which it does. Aside from being an absolute headache to clean up (if you accidentally spill custard in the oven), this is a decent product.

Base plate too small

I just received mine and immediately noticed that the base plate is slightly larger than the hole for a large pot. I want a board that fits edge to edge at the bottom but is obviously loose enough to allow for expansion when heated. This can lead to slightly uneven heating of the bottom of the crust. The floor may have moved during or after the test was loaded. If the dough is sticky, it will expand as it heats and contract as it cools. Call me a picky perfectionist. I looked at the ones I had…
