I love this stand. I've had several racks in the past and this one is way better than any other. I carry my heavy e-bikes on it and a ramp makes a big difference. gate up? No problem . Even with a heavy bike, you step on the latch from behind and the bikes tip over. Also the fact that you no longer have to bend down and insert the bolt makes it unique and special. You simply plug the device into the receiver and turn the knob, done! And the handle is locked. It took a few tries to properly align the bikes for the locking arms, but once that's done all is secure. Bikes with fat tires can be a problem, but mountain bike tires will work just fine. When you're done, the thing folds up very compactly (see photo) and even has wheels to roll it into the garage. It's so easy to set up and secure with the built-in bike lock, I no longer put my bike in the car, even if it's just one. Worth the cost. Save your back and car interior, get this trunk!
