Parts not working optimally
I bought this kit for my 2018 Chevy 3500 DRW Van. The truck is always loaded. The problem is that the rubber rests on a round axle. They slip off the axle and flex the bolt holding them in place. I tried calling tech support but all I got was "90% of our kits are based on a round axle". That's all well and good, but that doesn't make it right.
